ORDERING-

Q: Where do I place an order for Refacing components and for Refacing Plus cabinet boxes?

A: All of our refacing components (doors, drawers, moldings, veneers, floating shelves, etc.) can be ordered on our online platform at:

Account and login required.

All Refacing Plus (cabinet box orders) orders are placed by filling out the ‘Cabinet Box Order Form‘ and emailing it to cabinetryktu@woodlandfurniture.com

QUALITY AND INSTALLATION-

Q: What are the recommended guidelines for pre-installation care and installation of your adhesive veneers?

A: We defer to the manufacturer’s guidelines for acclimating, surface prep and application. Their guidelines can be found by clicking below. Please unroll veneers and allow to lay flat for at least 48 hours before installation.

Q: What is the lead time on your products?

A: Lead time is 5 weeks on Refacing orders (doors, drawers, moldings, veneers, etc).

Lead time on Refacing Plus (cabinet boxes) is 6-10 weeks.

SHIPPING-

Q: Do you offer residential shipping?

A: Our refacing products are generally shipped through UPS Ground or 2 Day, depending on what you select. Cabinet boxes (Refacing Plus) are shipped assembled and on pallets by freight, LTL, through ABF. Our shipments require a forklift or dock to receive. Please find a local receiving warehouse if you aren’t able to provide a receiving dock or forklift. Another alternative is to contact a moving company to pick up your order here at our factory and deliver to the shipping address.
