SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Freight charges are not included in the purchase price. Woodland will arrange shipping for all orders via ABF Freight Systems, our preferred carrier. Freight charges are billed proforma and appear on the final balance due invoice.
If you would like to arrange shipping on your own please contact your Woodland representative at least a week in advance of pick up.
RECEIPT AND INSPECTION OF PRODUCT
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect every shipment for damage on receipt.
PRODUCT QUALITY AND DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All product is thoroughly inspected by Woodland prior to being released to ensure that it meets quality standards. When the freight carrier takes possession of the product, ownership transfers to the customer as per ICC Regulations.
If damage occurs in transit it should be carefully documented (including photos, if possible). Claims must be filed with the carrier directly by the receiver.
RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE
Any piece that requires repairs by the factory must have prior approval from Woodland. Woodland is not responsible for freight costs that may be incurred when returning a piece that sustained damage in transit.
